OUR ORTHOPEDIC WORKSHOP
We manufacture arm prostheses, leg prostheses, and orthoses in our orthopaedic technology workshop.
We employ the latest manufacturing processes, such as 3D printing, silicone technology and PrePreg. After an in-depth patient consultation and functional tests, our aids are planned and configured. If requested, we manufacture your aids as part of an interdisciplinary collaboration between physiotherapists, doctors, walking schools, occupational therapists and rehabilitation centers. We arrange all necessary appointments in our branches, by home visit, in care facilities or at your physiotherapist’s practise. For any further requests please call us at 040-280955500
TRANSPARENT WORKSHOP
In our “transparent” open space workshop, you’re invited to watch the manufacturing of your aid. This offers you an interesting glimpse behind the scenes. For prosthesis patients who experience issues with their current device and/or are keen to find out about the latest technologies, we manufacture trial prostheses by arrangement.
If interested, you can attend the whole process, from the first plaster modelling to the finished trial prosthesis. During such a one-day visit, you will gain exciting insights into the individual working steps and the craftsmanship of our skilled orthopaedic technicians.

MAINTENANCE / REPAIR
Orthopaedic aids must be regularly maintained, checked and repaired. We recommend a maintenance interval of 6 months. These checks are intended to ensure functionality and technical safety.
